Applications are invited from unmarried eligible male/female candidates for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Executive Branch (Logistics & Law Cadres) and from unmarried eligible male candidates for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) for Information Technology in the Indian Navy for ‘Jul 2019 Course’ conducted at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala.

Educational Qualification:

a. SSC (Logistics): BE/B.Tech in any discipline with First Class or MBA with First Class or B.Sc / B.Com / B.Sc.(IT) with first class with a PG Diploma in Finance / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Material Management or MCA / M.Sc (IT) with First Class or B.Architecture with First Class.
b. SSC X (IT): BE/B.Tech (Computer Science / Computer Engg/ IT) M.Sc (Computer / IT) B.Sc (IT), M.Tech (Computer Science) BCA/MCA.
c. SSC (Law): Degree in Law qualifying for enrolment as an Advocate under ‘Advocates Act 1961.


Logistics – 02 Jul 1994 – 01 Jan 2000
IT – 02 Jul 1994 – 01 Jan 2000
Law – 02 Jul 1992 – 01 Jul 1997

Pay: Level 10 ₹56100-110700 in 7th Pay Scale Matrix with MSP ₹15500

Short Service Commission (SSC): Short Service Commission is granted for a term of 10 years, extendable to 14 years, subject to service requirements and performance/willingness of the candidate.
