1. Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Administration)
Academic Qualification/Experience: Should have Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work (with Personnel Management)/Business Administration (with Personnel Management) from recognized Institution having 18 years experience in the line in reputed large industrial Organization. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
2. Asstt. Manager (Legal)
Academic Qualification/ Experience: Should have degree in Law from recognized Institute/University, having minimum 7 years experience in line in a reputed Organization.
Age: Minimum – 35 Years, Maximum – 40 Years
3. Personnel Officer
Academic Qualification/ Experience: Should have Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Business Administration/Labour Welfare/Social Work from recognized Institute. Having minimum 1½ years relevant experience/Management Training.
Age : Maximum – 38 Years
